There are two pools shared between approximately 30 small villas and apartments. We have always found that the pool areas are quiet and relaxed, very often either or both pools are completely deserted. The pools are around 1.5 metres in depth at the deepest point and are long enough to accommodate keen swimmers. Each pool has a seperate small shallow area suitable for children to play in.
Both pool areas have very comfortable loungers and umbrellas which will be provided for you by the on-site staff.
At times when the town and harbour can be baking hot the pool areas often have a welcome cooling breeze.
Our patio has a table and chairs for dining al fresco, is partially shaded by beautiful pine trees during the day, culminating in the
full force of the sun later in the afternoon and during the evening.
The ground floor features a spacious open plan living area, dining area and kitchen which
opens out via large patio doors
onto the patio and garden. There a cosy area which can be converted to a third bedroom next to the patio. There is a luxury bathroom at the
rear of the ground floor.
The furnishings and fittings have been chosen with the objective of Cicadas becoming our future home and we like to think that you will find them to be of the highest standard.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and an extensive set of cookware and quality glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
The master bedroom and bathroom are situated on the first floor with excellent views of the surrounding area
from the large balcony with its own table and chairs. The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and the bathroom has a double jacuzzi and
separate shower, sink and toilet.
Also on this floor are the second bedroom with pleasant views to the garden and its own attached luxury bathroom with shower.
The gardens are beautifully landscaped with grassy areas and native plants and trees. At the front of the Vineyard
is a large water feature of streams, waterfalls, and fountains, which you can see and hear from the apartment.
The grounds are looked after by staff on site 24 hours, 7 days a week with a night watchman doing regular tours of the site during the night.
The grounds are well illuminated at night, giving a beautiful view and adding to your safety and security. There are two main car parking areas one of which is a few yards walk from the front of the apartment.
